Victoria Real Estate in 2005 according to the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) reported big increases over 2004 and 2003 in many areas. History of the housing market shows little indication of slowing down either in the Victoria area. The total housing units sold in 2005 reached 4,214 generating just under 2 billion dollars in home sales. 4285 homes sold in 2004. The average house selling prices have been increasing since 1998. The average selling price has increased 17% in 2004 over 2003. The average home price in the Victoria area was $463, 399 in 2005. Still climbing. |
